Understand task progress
Know what to look for as a task moves through the board and finishes.
Watch the board
Tasks move across the workspace board as work advances. Your first onboarding win is seeing a task reach done successfully.
Open task details
Use the task detail view to inspect comments, activity, attachments, and the final output. This is where you validate that the result is actually useful.
Treat the first completed task as a systems check
When one task completes end to end, you know your runtime, agent, and task flow are wired together correctly.
Common task states
- Inbox: the task exists, but no one owns it yet
- Assigned: the task has been routed to an agent
- In Progress: the agent is actively working on it
- Review: work is waiting for approval, sign-off, or a revision decision
- Revision: more changes were requested
- Done: the task is complete
- Blocked: work cannot continue until something changes
What to do next
- Create a second task with a clearer deliverable
- Try a different expertise or agent role
- Expand your documentation coverage for the flows your team will repeat
