Terms of Service

Last updated: February 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ClawControl websites, applications, APIs, and managed services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Scope and Third-Party Dependency

ClawControl provides a mission-control and integration layer for OpenClaw deployments, control nodes, and connected third-party systems. OpenClaw is open-source software developed and maintained by third parties. Your use of OpenClaw and any third-party model providers, cloud providers, repositories, or messaging platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for selecting, deploying, and operating your OpenClaw environment and for evaluating the security and reliability of external dependencies. ClawControl does not guarantee availability, security, compatibility, or continued operation of third-party software or services.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, organization, users, API tokens, and automation configurations.
  • You must maintain accurate account information, implement access controls, and promptly revoke compromised credentials.

4. BYOC, BYOK, and User-Controlled Risk

Your plan may require BYOC (bring your own OpenClaw instances) and/or BYOK (bring your own model API keys). You remain solely responsible for:

  • Agent prompts, instructions, policies, and approvals.
  • Actions performed by agents, runtimes, and connected integrations.
  • Model/provider costs, overages, rate limits, and third-party account activity.
  • Ensuring your use of AI systems complies with applicable laws, contracts, and internal policies.

Misuse, unsafe behavior, harmful output, data loss, unauthorized transactions, or other impacts caused by your OpenClaw agents, models, prompts, or integrations are your responsibility.

5. Credentials, Security, and Operational Duties

ClawControl applies reasonable technical measures designed to protect stored credentials and secrets (including encryption in transit and at rest). However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You must use least-privilege credentials, monitor agent behavior, and rotate/revoke keys when needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate law, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights.
  • Deploy malware, abusive automation, phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access workflows.
  • Bypass security safeguards, interfere with service integrity, or reverse engineer restricted components.
  • Use the Services for high-risk environments without independent safety controls and human oversight.

7. Early Access and No SLA

Early access, beta, preview, or waitlist features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the Services are provided without service level commitments.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and ClawControl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs, decisions, or actions by AI agents or models will be accurate, lawful, secure, or suitable for your use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawControl and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, OpenClaw, AI models, or integrations.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ClawControl for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClawControl and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Services or third-party integrations.
  • Your agents, prompts, instructions, outputs, or automated actions.
  • Your data, credentials, content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect security, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent abuse. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect, including warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ClawControl maintains its principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in courts with competent jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Privacy and Contact
